I look forward to this. It is so interesting to get glimpses into other faculty's assignments, what teaching their subject involves. I will be a bit cautious, though, before suggesting what they should do given how different each discipline is.

I appreciate chances for the entire group to have (simultaneous, live) discussion. While I understand the use of small groups in breakout rooms, I think sometimes the best discussions are with an entire group of faculty, even a large one like this.
