    1. But all in Pilate’s voice began to cry,

this usually happens after you are sitting alone and had a lot to drink. drinking and being a lone is never a good combination. now if miller would have gone with some friends he probably wouldn't have been sitting with his horse and crying he would have actually enjoyed himself a little more.

a lot of these battles people that come back are really lucky to come back but this one in particular they are really hopping that God can guide them back home. i would sat that this kind of judgment day for them if they are really counting on God to let me come back in one piece.

honestly this actually gave a picture in my head about how terrifying everyone must have been. it is really sad how everyone has to suffer for someones choices. and its sad to say that the world we live in today is like that. with all the shooting that currently happening how mother nature is giving us hurricanes and stuff like that. its sad that we are all are getting affected by this things. when it comes to someone steeling the treasure the innocent are the first ones to go until the one that actually stole the treasure comes up front to see if they can spare his life. that's sad and pathetic in my opinion.

    6. So may a man not marked by fate Easily escape exile and woe By the grace of God

does this mean that Grendel will comeback? or does it mean that they are going to use Grendel to test someone to see if they are worthy?

    3. No group ever gathered in greater numbers

after a long fought fight and Grendel being defeated it only seemed best that everyone celebrated. that no one had to worry about him coming in the night to have another fight.

    4. Hrothgar

king Hrothgar he enjoys military success and let the clan military in a way that they were never lead before. although it was different everyone seemed to enjoy how he lead the main reason why he became he king was because his brother Hergar had died in battle against Grendel. so i wonder was he leadership skills always this good or was it because his brother died and he wanted revenge for his brother?

    5. Were hunted down by that dark death-shadow

it seems like Grendel was really busy at night then during the morning. was there a reason why Grendel only attack at night? was it because he knew that they weren't going to be at their full strength at night? or was it because Grendel was more stonier at night than he was during the day?

    6. The God-cursed brute was creating havoc: Greedy and grim, he grabbed thirty men From their resting places and rushed to his lair, Flushed up and inflamed from the raid, Blundering back with the butchered corpses.

it seems to me like Grendel at night becomes this violent man that wants attention so he can be apart of the world so causes so many fatalities. when morning comes he cries with the corps showing that all he really wanted was to be acknowledged and be part of the real word that he has emotions also.

    7. their

if i am reading this correctly it sounds like Grendel came to be with of the top people were all the banished monsters went. it seems like Grendel wanted to get revanged with Cain but it backed fired because it seems like the giants that strove to god were going to give him the " final reward".

    3. revenged

it seems to me like all the people in high power are looking out for each other which i find not surprising especially in this time. in that time everyone looked out for there own kind and it was like that for a lot of years if you really think about it. It's sad to say that even after so many years some people actually still do this.
