Providing engagement with content in multiple forms – be it through hands-on activities, or different modalities – makes students pay attention to content in different ways, and requires learners to integrate knowledge in new ways. If an educator is using multiple methods and modalities, it’s just more interesting, and students pay more attention, which leads to better learning.

      I LOVE this! I've found in my own experience that I retain the most information when I engage with the material through multiple modalities (e.g. auditory, visual, kinesthetic, etc.) It really does make learning more fun.
