Should the gov. regulate fishing? I say yes, to an extent. If it is regulating it to the point where people can't make a living, then the regulations need to be brought back, but we also don't want to abuse the resources that he have. It is a tricky line to walk, but a necessary one if we are to keep people employed and have fish for the next set of fishermen.
