Scope for improvement: They could benefit from adding an AI Chatbot to their website to help people navigate through website through roadblocks in real time. there is a help button all the way at the end of the webpage that could be placed better because people often find webpages not user friendly and exit before going all the way to the end of the webpage. Even if they use the contact us page, they will have to wait to hear back on their emails/ call wait times so AI Chatbots provide a faster, smoother solution.

Suggested Improvement: The pictures don't seem to be <alt> tags friendly. There is a feature to make text bigger/ smaller or screen readers. They have a feature to hide images from the screen but we feel they could add a image to text feature too. If somebody uses the feature to hides images, they should be able to read about what was demonstrated or used to further visually describe or relate to the topic if they wanted to actually see it.

Suggested Improvement: The hyperlinks are added at the bottom in a smaller font size whereas they could just be embedded in the headings itself considering they are the same words. It would help make the webpage more robust by having a clean code and smoother transition between pages.

They have great accessibility features like ADHD Friendly switch for the webpage as well as keyboard accessibility with shortcuts to even access dropdown menus ad buttons on the webpage. The accessibility menu is located at the bottom right with a blue accessibility sign and has more features even for individuals affected by visual or hearing impairments.
