      I immediately thought of this quotes from Buddha "In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you." and "The root of all suffering is attachment.". I believe that in order to achieve fulfillment and peace one should go with the flow of life and to not cling to her own comfort and expectations.

      There is this saying "Exactly what you run away from you end up chasing" and I believe the opposite works as well. What you do not chase you attract.

    3. Think of the small as largeand the few as many

      This is all about noticing small components that make up the whole picture and appreciating those.
