      I think this is a very intelligent question that not even most people have the answer to. I think religion can tie into politics very easily, and it is. People do not want to admit that something like Christianity, which is suppose to be only good, can cause issues or have negative effects on the world. I still don't even fully have an answer for this question, which is why it makes it such a good one.

      This quote really stood out to me as it goes into the depths of what children will say instead of wanting to face the truth. The idea that it was easier for him to say his father died instead of the fact that he left seemed to be an easier pill to swallow. It is sad to see children get hurt to this degree by who is suppose to be there for them and raise them.

      I think this excerpt is important and stands out because it really goes to show how the workforce was treating women and what place they had in it. Even though she moved onto bigger and more important jobs, she was nonetheless still classified at the lowest possible. Its disheartening to know that if she was a man, she would have already been bumped up in both recognition and pay.
