      I am really excited to learn more about skipping breakfast. I've heard so many times that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet I don't really know why. I also skip breakfast very frequently and want to try and eat breakfast more often.

      I am really excited to start the MyFitnessPal because I have never kept track of my diet before. I feel like as a serious athlete I should be watching what I am eating and making sure I am eating the right amount of calories.

    5. Extra Credit

      I am happy and excited that there is extra credit points because I want to do the absolute best I could do, so even though I have an A I would love to do extra credit assignments.

    6. This course will present basic principles of human nutrition and the nutritional needs of athletes and/orphysically active populations.

      I am extremely excited to start this class because I want to learn more about nutrition, more so with athletes. I am an athlete so I think this will interest me quite a bit.

      This would be very interesting to me because I have been through so many injuries and each time I feel so depressed and anxious. I would love to learn about this to help injured athletes and maybe help myself if I am injured.

      Is chapter this gonna be about ankle and lower leg injuries? I have sprained my ankles multiple times, so it would be interesting to learn more about that.

      I am really excited to learn about this because I have and interest in sports injuries and helping people recover.

      I am excited to learn more about this! My brother is really into nutrition and supplements which sparked an interest for me to learn more about it.
