    1. allergies to penicillins

I would change this to state "severe allergies" as we are very commonly using cephalasoprins for many people with "allergies" as most people who have non severe allergies to pcn, can safely take a cephalosporin.

I have found this 3D video of the heart structure and function to be very useful for students.

    1. Hormonal

Perhaps future editions can consider a section on common hormones used for transgender care. Even if not covered in depth, just a mention within the text may be beneficial to learning.

    2. Contraceptive medications are available in various forms, including pills, patches, rings inserted into the vagina, injections, intrauterine devices, and implants inserted under the skin.

Given the popularity of these types of medications, I could see that this area could expend with next editions to include more prototypes that would allow more in-depth information on these listed forms other than just the pill. However for this 2nd edition, I am just really happy to see some listed.

    3. 9.6 Hormonal Contraceptives

Great addition to this text! Thank you for thinking to include this in the 2nd edition!

    1. normal fasting blood glucose levels are 80-130 mg/dL

Consider adding something that indicates that this is the normal level for someone with diabetes. With the 1st edition textbook, students are often confused thinking that this is the normal level for everyone.

    1. Figure 11.3 States Participating in Nursing Licensure Compact

The map is great to include but this doesnt include the legend to show what the colors indicate. The current map link below does but this leaves the picture being useless without the legend.

    1. Great addition to this text! This will be very helpful in the classroom to stimulate discussion.

    1. (SFA)

I would suggest moving the (SFA) to the above paragraph where the Stress First Aid Framework is first mentioned.
