    1. Which of the following do you know how to do?

      Great list!

    2. cloud or local??

      I'd leave out this part

    3. Module or Page

maybe change to (module, page, etc.) so that folks don't think content is limited to modules and pages.

    4. into an online format (in CI Learn) from a different course mode

I think this could just end with "online."

    1. submission

You may want to add a link to Canvas' supported media types just in case folks wonder as they read this: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12708-4152719727

    2. b

      Capitalize

    3. such as a YouTube link,

    4. their instructor chose

"you as their instructor have chosen"

    5. list

      listed*

    6. submissions

      You can remove this

    7. of their own creation

Thinking of slightly different wording here to emphasize that these are videos that have been created previously. Maybe something like "...that's already been created or recorded"

    1. video tutorial

Let's just embed the video too, and then we can change the "Additional Resources" heading to "Video" or "Video Tutorial"

    2. MyCI

I'd write this as "CI Docs account" in case the myCI account part doesn't click since faculty don't think about it in those terms. Unless they do, which they could, but I see potential for confusion

    3. Click Account and then click Settings. In the Registered Services area (under Web Services), click Google Drive, and then click Authorize Google Drive Access.

      Screenshots here could help

    1. Click

Shrink the image above a bit

    2. myci.csuci.edu

      Make active link

    3. Account

Check text formatting. Likely just need to remove formatting from the whole page and then it'll all be set to go.

    4. CI Learn

We'll have to revisit the category. Maybe a myCI one is necessary?

    5. Overview

Check heading formatting. Looks like this brought over some formatting code from the source it was copied from that should be removed so that it aligns with the site's styling. Also, don't think the Overview heading is necessary

    1. Screenshot of Outlook settings option. Click View all Outlook settings.

Center aligned might look better for the image

    2. myci.csuci.edu

Make a live link. Also remove empty bullet above

    3. Overview

I don't know that a heading is necessary here. It makes sense structurally, but thinking in terms of the navigation as well. Seems a little extensive to have a navigable header that contains just a sentence.

    4. Digital Tools for Teaching

Maybe we want to make a separate category for stuff like this? Like, Tech Tips, or something like that? Just a thought

    1. Sharing Your Video To Canvas With Sharestream Once the videos have been downloaded onto your computer, you can go over to your Canvas courses and use the media hosting service “ShareStream” to place these videos into your course without taking up valuable file storage space within the course itself.  There are multiple ways to complete the upload process which we have laid out in our ShareStream documentation guide.

Eventually we'll make these knowledge base articles as well and come back to link them to one another. We can leave it like this until that happens though.

    2. Fig. 41 Illustration of Export Window for Mac Computers

Remove the "Fig 41" since it's not consistent across the article. Make it a caption like other images.

    3. Regardless of your computer type

Remove. Don't need to call attention to this unless there's a difference.

    4. To find the “Local File” option on older versions of Camtasia

Could potentially remove all of this unless it rings true regardless. In which case just remove the part about "older versions of Camtasia"

    5. regardless of what version of Camtasia you are using,

      remove

    6. Depending on your version of Camtasia and computer operating system, there are different ways to get to the exporting options for Camtasia. In newer versions of Camtasia for both Windows and Mac,

Let's strip this out and just specify in the intro that this guide is for Camtasia 3/9

    7. Onto

      to*

    8. rest of the world

maybe add a note like (or whoever you want to) so people don't think you have to share it publicly once it's created. Seems silly but some folks have hang ups with things like that

    1. Adobe Classroom

I think is for Google Classroom, not Adobe Classroom. Is that a thing?

    2. Different Media You Can Add To A Spark Video

Change heading level here. Either go back up one level or make the headings below down another level since the following

    3. Illustration of choosing to show the Credits slide by click on it

Make these underneath the image like others in the article to stay consistent

    4. simple

      simply*

    5. the user

you need to do* Keep the target audience consistent through the article.

    6. without

      with*

    7. create or log-into an existing account.

I'd change this to indicate how to activate your CI account via sign-in. You may want to make this a completely separate article, in which case you could link to that article from here with the text, "Create or log-in to your account."

    8. spark.adobe.com

      Make this a live link
