      regarding #2 (it highlighted 3 since it highlighted horizontally and not in sections) What opportunities are there for for use as future teacher to work with to gain this community experience? This can do in hand with one of the "Four R's" with developing community relationships as well. What are opportunities do my peers would want to take action with/at to get community experience or what experiences do they have already in which they would continue building?

      When I first read about the Ethnic Studies Pedagogy as CxRxPx my first thought was when I see Rx it reminds me of prescriptions that people pick up at the pharmacy to take. In this way it's important to "take" Cx, Rx and Px and add them to our system, add these tools and necessitates we take and need within the classroom.

    3. A persistence of faulty and simplistic conceptions of what culturally responsive pedagogy is must be directly confronted and replaced with more complex and accurate views. 2. The research base that connects culturally responsive pedagogy with student learning must be strengthened.

      Awareness is what needs to be place, the key isn't just to presented the amount of faulty that has already been presented and is knowledgeable to adults as this point. We must actively have a foot in the door and our eyes peered out for us to keep our students aware and heard so their identity is not just forgotten or dismissed.
