text- the text is like promoting 253 which is Tacoma's area code, when they say now serving they mean that tacoma should be more acknowledged or recognized. image- the orange shape in the back is like ticket shaped like the ones from a dispenser, meaning- its like saying that by doing the simple act of pulling a number and in this case it would be 253, and is suggesting that the city should be acknowledged more and seen.
