      I don't get how people could ever think an individual is "diverse." If you think about what diverse means for even a second, calling a person diverse does not make any sense.

      When these words are used in the way used in this section, they become nouns. I do not know why the writers went "the [adjective]" when they use it as "the [noun]."

      I have spent enough time around liberal whites to know that many of them do not really care about really ending oppression. They don't mind if there is a boot on people's necks, so long as the boot isn't explicitly bigoted.

      This is so vile. To pit any worker against another by management is a despicable practice, but to do so because both are POC adds another layer to the toxic work environment.
