The title of the appeal (website) in capital bold clear letters - making the aim very clear with sentence brevity. Also makes the viewer ask WHY? Call for action, addresses the audience directly of the bat. In front of a turtle at the bottom of a clear ocean. Makes the intent of the article very apparent as it is the first thing that catches the attention of the viewer.

Introducing an alternative- if not every month - maybe just once? orange hyperlink - easy to read. Although a smaller font - motivating viewers to donate monthly. Followed buy an Adopt Now behind a yellow background - catches the viewers attention immediately. Again appeals to the audience.

Bar scrolls along with the website. Takes a third of the pages. The interface is simple enough for anybody to understand. words are limited - urges the users to donate / be a member (monthly). Preselected amount - makes the user feel guilty if the decrease the amount they choose to donate or don't choose to donate; and gratified if they increase the amount. Users are allowed to donate as er their liking, again calling for action.
