When helping someone learn to create using technology, does it work better to separate out the technical from the pedagogical? Or can they be quite integrated in the training/consult/conversation?

Do we do best if the one role can provide both kinds of support? Or if the handover between experts is good and smooth?

I occasionally think about a project I turned down, where I was asked to quote on developing a training course to help workers deal with the painfully poor programming of a new data processing application. I suggested instead of organising training, the organisation should spend the money remedying the defects in the application. Happy days!

Is the evolution located in the iterative application of UDL to a program/process, etc? Or is UDL itself evolving alongside tech and social development?

If the community is meeting around a specific topic, is it more or less likely to continue for a long time? I'm interested in how you know when a community needs to end - because they do have a lifecycle
