      So we need the fields for the arrival, for the money amounts to be placed in there. And that money amount could be paid to the worker. Or it could be paid to MTL based on how you specify when you are entering the data.

      So, the employers will have views for other things as well, for the workers they're hiring, so they will also have a view, which may be the same view as they have for some of the other information, or it could be a completely dedicated view, just for the cost part of it.

      So we will figure it out as we go forward, but they will have the information one way or another, whether it's a combined view with something else, or it's a dedicated view just for the cost. But we need an option for you to enter the arrival cost data and specify who it should be paid to, and for the employer to be able to see it in one place under their profile. Right. So that's for arrival. Am I right so far?

      Then you get to enter that information, the cost information in the departure fields. If you said something else, like they're getting hired by another organization that MTL doesn't work with, or MTL hired the same person for another client for the next season.

      Instead, you have to do what you did for this client, but for the other client for the new season, which is arrival information.

      And this doesn't show up for the current client, it shows up for the new client as arrival cost and arrival information, all of that.

    1. Petitions / Jobs Profile

      It is possible the Govt. may deny the rarely deny the petitions for certain Job(s) and all work done by MTL such as inerviews, job offers and such will be all canceled. MTL will try to re-interview and re-hire those workers if possible but the Client and MTL stops working on those petitions/jobs.

      Petitions are only needed to be certified by the Govt only for non-domestic workers.

    2. Collect Pay Stub and Documents

      Generally once the Govt. has confirmed 'receipt' of the Group application, pay stubs are no longer needed. However, the Govt. may ask for additional pay stub or documentation for some people in the group. But the entire group is waiting for any individual(s) needed further reviews.

    3. For Out-of-Country Workers

      Out-of-Country : works by - 1. Working with a foreign agent (only for specific countries). The workers interface with the agent (and embassy) to process and get their VISA. 2. The Workers apply for and get their own VISA without MTL's involvement until they provide VISA into to MTL.

      Out of Country is simpler than In-Country because of the US govt. processing and documents requirements.

    4. If Foreign, MTL flags and changes travel and Visa statuses accordingly

      ** TRAVEL Part of the decisions are not made during this phase. This phese is mainly for documents and paper statuses and needs. Not traveling. Traveling come a later after getting hired.

      While most foreign candidates are handled by MTL and this list should help MTL gather a list and process them.

      However, if MTL marks specific candidates as Client is handling documents, they are excluded from MTL's processing list.

      Both Domestic and Foreign flows into -> whether documentation needs to be done/processed by MTL.

    5. Collect new Applications

      A full/completed profile must include resume, passport (out-of-country), visa applied for (requested) - this corresponds to MTL via assigned since it may not match what the applicant requested, current visa status (if any).

      Sometimes it can go the other directions as well as exceptions - form example: a person may have received a job offer without having a profile, so MTL will create the profile, and then fill out other data, check data for accuracy and completion and carry out relevant prior processes before starting the Document in Review phase.

    1. Applicant 'Accepts' or 'Rejects' the job offer using buttons on the Action Item

      Accept, Reject, Ignored or Canceled (by client) happens over Adobe.

      MTL has to manually change status of the Job Offer in the software and also change the candidate's status.

      To Cancel - the client tells MTL. MTL takes steps to rescind via Adobe (cancel signature)

    2. system can Auto-Match Applicants with Job criteria as a starting point

      Maybe this is not a good option to try to automate it. This may stay as manual matching based on very granular and specific scenarios per job and per applicant.

    1. Auto Create Interviewer Users

      We need a way to 'Show My Interviews' to one or more other interviewers/staff from the same client. Each will have their own private login.

    2. Will need an email template

      MTL creates custom description of wages and other details that are not automatically created. This does not directly come from Client Profile data fields.
