    1. Simply asking questions can be an effective way of bringing attention to your company’s problems

This is a great concept but I feel most people hold back on their question due to peer influence. I think a helpful tool could be a question and comment box that is made available to employees and is checked weekly by the main manager. This can be a healthy workplace environment option to create a safe outlet for questions to be asked while allowing employees to ask questions without the fear of being ridiculed by others.

    2. Credibility can be established through many means: using appropriate professional language, citing highly respected sources, providing reliable evidence, and using sound logic

I think understanding our ability to establish ethical skills in order to create credibility is an interesting topic. I'd be interested in the impact that non electronic writing communication has on our credibility. In terms of technical writing I don't think it has much impact. But in an environment of handwritten documentation s necessary, many individuals may be lost. Electronic communication has had a major influence on our development as student and writers, but have we lost a element of good handwriting, spelling, and meaning behind paper written communication?

    3. Graphics created by the federal government, say from the National Park Service, or the FDA, or the EPA, are not under copyright

This is a valuable point to make because I imagine few are aware of this. While using data finding sources like this can both give you credibility and also allow free sharing of graphics. It is fun fact to learn about. This entire section is interesting, but understanding open sources can be difficult to find but I enjoy the fact that options and links are provided!

    4. physical therapists on the latest techniques for rehabilitating knee surgery patients

This is a great point on ethics within the medical community. It is well understood that anyone in the field has an Ethical obligation to stay up to date with your medical practice. One way this is accomplish this is by surrounding your self with individuals who have high standard of ethics this in return will encourage your self to approach all aspects of life with a more ethically driven lifestyle.

    5. It may be easier to mind our own businesses and keep quiet, but really the only right thing to do is to stand up, and speak up, for what is right.

In a definition I found on Merriam Webster the root of the word ethical involves expressing moral approval or disapproval. Though we live in world of free expression, nothing is ever truly free, every action has a reaction. Therefor before creating unnecessary reaction we must evaluated each situation before expressing our selfs. In some case the people we express our selves to may be people involved in the conduct, and can cause more harm to us rather than create a solution. Im not saying "never rat", but I am saying this concept goes much deeper than what is right or wrong. Because from personal experience, those individuals in the wrong normally aren't good people and have bad intention with little remorse, this can create harder personal situations.
