I hadn't thought about it this way, but I think it's a really interesting perspective and really like this idea.

I think the definition of what it means to be fully literate is changing constantly.

I agree with everyone else that is highlighting this. I think of this and it makes me think of how we are teaching/should be teaching our students to be more critical thinkers. Who is creating? Why are they creating? What are they hoping to get out of this creation? etc.

I think it is important to remember that there isn't a one size fits all approach. At times there are certain practices that are best for different aspects of teaching. Sometimes the explicit teaching needs to occur, while other times a more discovery and inquiry based learning is more effective.

I think COVID-19 and online learning definitely provided teachers an opportunity to do this.

I think this idea is incredibly important. As our country becomes more and more diverse, we need to make sure that our teaching is incorporating these different cultures and their understandings.

I think it's incredible to think about how education has changed in just 20 years. It makes me wonder what it is going to be like 20 years from now.
Literacy’ in this sense
After reading a variety of studies for this program, I think having a definition for what they regard literacy as is crucial. Literacy can take so many different forms and is constantly evolving, so it is helpful to see what the authors' intend it to mean.
review, analyze, evaluate and design lessons
I think it will be really helpful to have to experience the usage of the apps ourselves. This will help create an understanding of what our students are going through when we teach them.
