      I don't entirely understand the connection between using Stokes' Law to cancel out the mass from the electric charge equation and proving electric charge values are discrete. Looking at equation 4, there is a constant coefficient to the variable velocity terms but that doesn't really indicate that electric charges are discrete to me.
