Enhancing voice search will be an enabler to cater Tier 2 and 3 cities. Although Tier 1 audience in my study did not themselves use voice search while shopping, did mention how their family members like mother use for voice search on OTT.
Voice search as a recommendation is not directly a usability aspect can be seen as an accessibility idea that caters to diverse audience
