    1. the gap between research and practice is particularly wide for racial and ethnic minorities.

This is very revealing in regards to why racial disparities in the United States remain untreated despite there being "research" occasionally being conducted. When the government does studies into racial minorities, they don't always do anything with this information, making these researches pointless. They can say that they've done research into these issues to appease the public, but they continue to neglect said problems and the systems which put minorities down remain unchanged.

    2. Whitney blames “organized Jewry” for suppressing the “truth” about racial differences.

Whitney, despite being a psychologist, used his professional position as a platform to support a white supremacist using antisemitic rhetoric to promote scientific racism. His position as a professional allows him to spread his racist ideology to people in the public who also follows similar white supremacist sentiments and they may justify their beliefs because a professional shares their opinions on race. It also reveals that there are people within the psychology field who will promote discriminatory practices and spread hate through their careers.

    3. Constantine notes that “in the face of perceived racial microaggressions in counseling, African American clients, in fact, might feel much worse after their counseling experiences than before.”

Microaggressions and perceived differences in racial treatment for therapy discourages African Americans and other minorities from pursuing therapy, worsening mental health issues that are not treated equally as they are with white people. Whether it is intentional to worsen mental health issues within black communities is up to personal interpretation, however the United States is no stranger to such projects or systems.
