Interesting data- I have a couple of technical comments/questions. 1. How many cells, and thus EVs, were needed for the lipodomics and proteomics analyses? This information was not included. 2. You compared the B-EV lipodome to the whole cell lipodome and conclude that the B-EV lipodome is most like the plasma membrane. But the whole cell lysate would contain the average of all membranes not just plasma membrane. Can you comment on this?
