Many humanitarian organizations advocate for things like veganism or gender rights in the Middle-East. They are advocating for what they believe is the right thing to do. How do these organizations maintain neutrality without appearing elitist?

This contest is important to note. Unfortunately, cruelty (wars, drama, etc.) is usually what "sells" in the media. Humanity (peace, compassion, etc.) is more difficult to sell because though most people want it, it is not as interesting.
