Luck wins! (at least if you are not completely untalented), evolutionaly biologist suspected this all along, but finally some data that applies to funding. But why do I doubt this insight will change things towards fairer funding practices. People will still try to increase their odds to gain some luck, but those odds proably turn against their own research output. Funding the funded seems obviously limited and overall inefficient for progress opportunity maximization.

Every sleep researcher should try to improve this article or the spin-offs at least once a year, no excuses! Surely everyone can can contribute something good.
