      An unfortunate side of paywalls for academic materials on google and the internet in general as that many of them have malicious practices by either saying they have information that they don't once the fee is paid, or by attempting to scam someone searching for that information. It is good to always remain cautious when processing payments online

      And these sources can be other Wiki's and non-official sources sometimes. There are many great unverified sources on the internet despite their waiving credibility, most dedicated Wikis will have valid and well researched information

    2. Although Wikipedia can be a great resource for background information, not all topics have the same amount of depth or coverage.

      WIkipedia is an excellent online resource for scratching at surface level concepts, but it is important to remember that despite our homogenized internet atmosphere today, there are many dedicated Wikis for many topics

      It is important to be as thorough as possible in any type of research regardless of academic requirements, making this a very important thing to take note of.

      Very important while researching to remember I'm still human as to let not my biases reflect in the work I put out

      Not only is there overwhelming volume of information/misinformation, but the internet has been so monetized that it limits where you can even go to find information

      In today's social media environment, most popular information is presented in almost exclusively shortform videos. The concept of the Wiki for information is dying and is being replaced with TikTok searches. People aren't reading for information anymore so it makes sense that videos and pictures are now a requirement for popular information
