    1. sub-500ms API response times during testing

sub-500ms can be either really slow or really fast all depending on context. For example, league of legends ping versus downloading a video. I would probably choose a different metric here so it's less confusing and more "wow"y

    2. University of Toronto

Would still prefer to add a declaring statement somewhere that you didn't actually finish the degree here to not confuse them

    3. UI/UX

btw, you should tailor the bolded characters depending on what jobs you apply for. For example, right now you are really boasting a lot of frontend stuff. If you wanted more emphasis on AI, bold the ML related words. If you wanted more emphasis on cybersec related things, authNZ stuff

    1. Received an A+ grade from the class after delivering a thorough presentation of the final application, offering adetailed walkthrough of its design, development process, and innovative features

There's a benefit of keeping this sentence this way (you show off A+ first), but you can also write it more like an action statement (so you can show off what you did).

Action statement here would just be walking this sentence the other way, so it should be a simple change if you decide to take it

    2. Collaborated with a diverse team of 10+ members

Not really sure if the team member amount is relevant here, especially so since you've now proven you can work in a team with your internships, so we could probably drop this here and in the QuickCash one as well

    3. Dalhousie Entrance Scholarship: Awarded to students who have shown excellence in high school.

May be still relevant - may not be very soon - let's drop this bullet if we need to

    4. Collaborated with Grant Thronton’s national team of 30+ members to analyze, design, and implement IT solutionstailored to meet business requirements

more of analyzing the overall strength of the bullet here - this is just saying you worked in Grant Thorton and not much after that. I wonder if you can describe what you did in your work rather than trying to prove you worked there?

    5. which required

let's try to drop "which" in future bullets and see if we can just write stuff in a sexier way (I do like the contents in your bullet here, so it should be simple reorganization of words)

    6. Followed strict processes to ensure that the software produced adhered to air worthiness protocols.

duplicate of 2nd bullet - probably unneeded

    7. which required

Usually having these kinds of words show that we can make this sentence better just by swapping the order of things in which they appear:

"Root caused bugs through analysis of system design documents and recorded the runbook to prevent similar issues from propagating in the future." (something along those lines)

    1. Significantly increased newsletter impressions through inclusion of eye catching graphics

the 1st bullet seems to cover this.

Also, if the work experience isn't related to your job, you can probably spend less bullet points in here, so let's aim for 2-3 bullets at most, and fill the rest up with projects.

    2. tailor

is "tailor" the right verb? In any case, we should probably start off with the strongest verb instead of the current "collaborated". E.g. "Tailored newsletters using SimplyCast to promote initiatives from departments of the University and Student Union, amassing over 40,000+ impressions"

in the above example, we can even combine the bullet before this, making it a stronger bullet in general and saving space.

    3. Regularly designed and delivered newsletters

Regularly is a weak verb - we should probably start the statement with just "Designed and delivered newsletters"

    4. Created a front-end admin dashboard interacting with MongoDB to display and update student data

Probably should revise this - feels a bit empty even though it's following the action statement format.

How about: "Developed the dynamic display of student data in the admin dashboard using MongoDB (and if you used something else, add that here, ie Axios, Mongoose, etc), amplifying the admin experience for managing students." or something else if you know better

    5. Worked alongside a diverse team to develop a website for a local driving institution throughout a semester

What website? Can you hyperlink? Also, be as specific as possible -- what did YOU do? and what did YOUR actions create WHAT results?

    6. Canadian Way Driver

You should probably pick one or the other, and not both. Generally, this project-based course experience would be under projects over experience though due to the lack of proper leadership (95% of 4th year students know nothing lol)

    7. Automated tedious manual data entry tasks and video analysis workflows, accelerating study progress

This seems to be talking about the same thing as the bullet before this. We should probably drop this bullet and make room for something unique

    8. Sept

You should stick to abbreviated or full month name format (Experience seems to use full month name, so pick and stick with what you prefer)

    9. Emily Carr Secondary School Woodbridge, ONOntario Secondary School Diploma Sept. 2018 - July. 2022

You should drop this - after you get into University, then secondary school is no longer relevant

    1. The UI enablesreconfiguring of beamforming profiles and power settings, allowing for a reconfigurable design.

Should this be a separate bullet?

    2. to allow for

Another case of "you can definitely optimize this because you probably don't need this set of words". For example, "Created a user-friendly UI to provide precision control of the beamformer" is a more concise and optimized sentence

    3. all controls,

You mentioned "all controls", but I don't understand what it controls. Does it control the proceeding digital communication and timing aspects of the circuit?

    4. Used Matplotlib and Pandas libraries to create data insights from tests, streamlining both the researchproject, and several other parallel projects regarding the same device.

Should this be a separate bullet?

    5. and usage of the interface and provide direction in identifying optimization

This doesn't quite read like a tangible result and it confuses the readers - can we keep this short and concise?

    6. eliminating a critical bottleneck in the dataacquisition speeds of laser light generation systems.

Should this be a separate bullet because this bullet looks pretty long?

    2. enabling the softwareengineering team to effortlessly interact with diverse hardware components by using simplified commands.

can be optimized to "providing a facade to simplify usage of ..."

    3. Created an automated data processing script in Python to accelerate the analysis of raw test data and generateinsights

I feel like this can be optimized down to "Used Pandas and Matplotlib to create data insights of raw data, "

    4. enable higher data rates, enabling

"enable to enable" lol we need to ban the word "enable" from your resume completely unless there's no other alternative methods to convey your message

    5. repared an automated hardware test benc

Using what? Also, is writing the mathematical model and preparing an automated hardware test bench two different actions and therefore need two different bullets?

    6. Remodeled an FPGA based signal transmitter, overseeing

doesn't make sense here -- you start off with "Remodeled" then follow up with another action of "overseeing" which doesn't sync up

    7. Designed a GUI using Python to allow for fast system reconfiguration and user friendly controls

awkward sentence to read. Thinking it's better to write "Created a Python GUI to allow user-friendly system reconfiguration of the beamformer to support non-technical users." or something along those lines (probably that line doesn't suffice either, but it's less deciphering than the current line.

    8. machine learning toadapt to varying channel conditions

adapt to what kind of channel conditions? How can it be used? What was the accuracy in testing?

    1. Built and tested 50+ circuits with circuitverse with close to 100% coverage, which formed the core components ofthe CPU

      Action statement-fy this

    2. large codebase, contributing to the maintenance of a software system comprising over 2,000 files.

I almost refuse to believe that you've worked with 2,000 files -- even as a SWE at a FAANG I've never had to maintain 2000 files. I've maybe contributed to 80 files so far.

    3. Created customized learning resources including exercises and challenges for the tutees, promoting proactiveness inlearning, as well as also sharing learning some learning resources which i use, such as leetcode and W3Schools.

      Watch your grammar and spelling!

    4. Provided peer tutoring and academic support to classmates in various computer science courses, including webdevelopment, data structures and algorithms, database systems, and computer programming, leading to a gradeboost of approximately 10% at the end of the semester

      Bullet is too long!

    1. howcasing attentionto detail in system design.

I feel like "showcasing attention to detail" is never the result here -- what are something tangible instead? For example, did you end up fixing some vulnerabilities using your own custom NIDS?

    2. Designed and implemented a fully functional SIEM home lab

Bold that doesn't need bolding (I'll stop giving feedback for bolding from now on, I think you understand the point now lol)

    3. Software Developer, Barter Trader

Software Developer Intern or real Software Developer?

Also I think you need more technical bullets with proper results

    4. Worked independently and as part of a team to implement innovative solutions, consistently meeting objectives andshowing the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.

I feel like Agile bullet can even be combined with this one as well

    5. Utilized Confluence for documenting project requirements, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members toensure smooth communication and project alignment.

Can we combine the hypothetical Agile bullet this this one?

    6. Designed and implemented scalable and secure features in an Android application using Java,

How did you make it scalable? "Using Java" doesn't prove anything here

    7. Tutor, Dalhousie University

There should be some sort of visual separation between your role and the employer instead of just a singular comma.

    8. simplify complex programming and information security concepts

"Simplify complex programming and info security concepts" probably comes out inaccurately - you probably didn't simplify the concepts, but you just conveyed it in a simplified method. Probably needs a rewording here

    9. ostered a collaborative learning environment that emphasized critical analysis and effective communication.

You should turn this into an action statement.

    10. Demonstrated attention to detail by tailoring explanations to individual learning styles and resolving diverse technicalqueries

Generally confused about this bullet - How do you demonstrate attention to detail by "resolving diverse technical queries"? I feel like this bullet needs a general rewording to make it flow better.

Additionally, since this is a bit of a relevant experience, I might ask you to put in more technical-focused bullets as well rather than showing off your soft skills

    11. using strong interpersonal skillsand a problem-solving approach showcasing passion for programming and Cybersecurity

Probably better to remove this / reword this -- this is a better fit for your cover letter than your resume

    12. SummaryCybersecurity-focused third-year Computer Science student with a strong interest in defensive security, digitalforensics, and data analytics. Hands-on experience in Security Operations, including building an ElasticSIEM-based Threat Detection and Log Analysis lab for monitoring and analyzing security events.
