Short - Short note is easier to read and keep it on a single topic. I try to keep my notes about four paragraphs or less. Atomic - The note contains one idea or fact, making the notes easier to link and deduplicate. Densely-linked - When the note uses another thought or fact, you don’t repeat it but refer (link) to it. ** Optimised for reading** - You spend more time writing and polishing the note because you expect to read it over and over again as opposed to the write-and-forget style.
