Yeah, I wouldn't go more than 7 over if you don't want to get a ticket.. or just make sure to stay vigilant of police in the area.

Sounds similar to the current rise in public acceptance of stealing from super stores like Walmart and Target.

It's very interesting that this part is included when defining anarchy. What usually comes to mind when thinking of an anarchist is rioting, destruction, and screaming about the Man. I love the idea that an anarchist can also be someone determined to keep the peace.
