It served me well while playing in Diamond elo, and should serve you well too.
This is an appeal to ethos, as I assert the credibility of my information by using the Diamond rank I achieved in League.
Players in the League community often look towards coaching and advice from higher ranked players, such as Diamond, Master, and Challenger in order to improve their own gameplay.
The voice channels (e.g. Music, 1v1) are assigned to specific purposes with colourful, fun emojis to draw attention.
The channel for moderators is locked, and only admins/moderators have access as they may discuss server issues among themselves. The 1v1 channel has a cap of 2 people, as it's for members who would like to play one versus one in game.
Emotes that are relevant in this digital culture have been added to the server as well (e.g. :BibleThump: is a Twitch emote, and is widely used in League streams).
The roles to the right-hand side help organize members and assign responsibilities to admins/moderators. Users are able to identify who they can direct their questions regarding server issues towards.
I also utilized colours to make the server, and specifically names, more visually appealing.

I may be straying to a different topic here, but "digital multitasking" caught my eye here. I had a bad habit of digitally multitasking while learning/working on assignments, as I wasn't aware of the negative impacts on our memory consolidation process.
Writing, students note, is something theydo in school. What they do with computers outside of school is something else.
