      These prices are quite absurd. As he says below this isn't a scalable solution. But looks like something that could work super well for most people.

      They are like chromebooks or at least the pitch for them. As long as you're doing pretty simple stuff it's totally fine to have an old laptop

By using the up button to signify a single unit of positive emotion, and the down button to signify a single unit of negative emotion, the user is empowered to log emotions effortlessly, without making others aware that they are doing this.For example, in a meeting you can press the buttons under a desk even in the middle of a high stress situation. Or, at an opera where you're absolutely loving the performance you can press a button without lighting up a screen and disrupting others.

      This is such a fascinating idea. I don't think I've heard of physical button ux and how especially for a topic like this which is quite private and something you want to do easily. Having to open an app and mess with stuff takes way too long and draws way too much attention. Why does everything need to be an app? Great example is who in the world opens their phone to swap a song you can just use a gesture or button on your headphones, if the ux is good that is.

One could take this idea even further and envision a public infrastructure for refilling hot water bottles, not just on bar terraces but in multiple locations such as schools, offices, and public buildings. 4 People could gather around the hot water dispenser just like they gather around the water cooler.

      It's amazing how such a project can start from such a simple question.

      At 14 starting to build a piano and then following through with it is such an amazing feat. Then for it to work and for concert pianists to want to play on it. That is truly incredible.
