    1. The transtheoretical model (TTM) processes and stages of change are predictors of behavior change in interventions advocating healthy behaviors (Andres, Saldana & Gomez-Benito, 2009). The TTM classifies behavior change into five stages: pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, and maintenance. TTM can be used to guide the assessment of the patient’s readiness and the selection of the most appropriate and effective technique or intervention for promoting dietary changes and exercise (de Freitas et al., 2020)

transtheoretical model (TTM) process >> this one should be check as a core for changing behavior.

    1. constrain for design UI 1. human action cycle 2. human memory system don't train user.

UI is a medium between user and system user action on UI, UI then translate action to something system understand, system then response by turn it back via UI present to the user. <interaction>

GUI Graphic User Interface is the visual cues electronic device interact with user.

Psychological model for interact with systems Goal formation >> what we want to do ( want to reply email) execution >> action (have to open the received email) evaluation >> thinking what to do next(after open received email then user have to think what to do next such as press reply button)

Gulf of Evaluation >> don't understand what system present to you Gulf of Execution >> intend to do something with the system but get other thing executes.

Visibility - you can see (recognition) Feedback - activation feedback - click on mouse you can see mouse icon change few millisecond. behavioral - feedback click on icon and window pop up Affordance - when someone see something, they know how to use it. Mapping - mapping logic (control: effect) Constraint - user only have got limited option to do (toggle button --> can only turn on and off, not increasing or decreasing) Consistency - QWERTY keyboard -> all keyboard in the world based on the same QWERTY pattern.

Interaction Styles: Command language (CL) - like command line to execute something in computers Menu selection - only limit of lists are provided for users. Direct Manipulation(DM) - like drag and drop icon to bin means delete.
