      Dear Reader, in this work I was able to discover that the methodological linkers are able to self-anneal, escaping in such a way the enzymatic digestion while contaminating thousands of sequences in the Genbank with their undigested fragments while binding together two independent and separate segments of genetic sequence; the most common linkers or adaptors and their annealing, are presented as well as advice on how to recognize and eliminate such false sequences produced by the methodological technologies in use to multiply in vectors the genetic sequences.
