Credibility of the published results would be enhanced by doing so.

      This article was critically appraised at the November 2015 Geriatric Medicine Journal Club (follow #GeriMedJC on Twitter). Concerns discussed included that the trial was funded by pharma, last-observation carried forward is not a recommended method for imputing missing data in dementia trials, biases introduced by the choice of rescue medication (Lorazepam), agitation in this trial lumped together several different behaviours (verbal aggression, physical aggression, and non-aggressive activity), and mode of action of the medications. Nevertheless, the findings are interesting but perhaps not quite ready for wide adoption.
