The title and keywords have no connection to the abstract. I thought it was a PubMed error, but the manuscript on the BJU website is the source of the error. It appears the title and keywords were mistakenly pasted onto the manuscript from some other paper. The manuscript itself is an interesting review of urethral recurrence after radical cystectomy, but the reviewers at BJU should have noticed the disconnect between title and subject.
