Spoofs and hoaxes are sometimes fun to read, but not if they look so much like real studies that many readers would be fooled -- particularly people whose first language is not English.
This article is amusing but it is a hoax and it should not have been indexed by NCBI (and perhaps should not have been published without a clear disclaimer in the title). It does a disservice to the field of research on pain relief in young children.
