In PowerAutomate, there's a trigger When a new channel message is added. You can use it to grab the message. Then use List group members from Office 365 Groups.Based on the output from the last one, you can iterate through the group members and use Post message in a chat or channel (with post in Chat with Flow bot option).
Push communications - could be useful for all staff communications, or Team-based (location or departmental) when email does not suffice.
