"blind spots and attitudes" - thinking it will take longer (once the learning curve is surpassed, efficiencies will emerge...may take longer, but we can flatten the learning curve with support and training to make the change easier with a result of meeting the mission - serving patients/customers).

Then use List group members from Office 365 Groups.Based on the output from the last one, you can iterate through the group members and use Post message in a chat or channel (with post in Chat with Flow bot option).
