this proposal is fulfilling the announced greendata4all initiative.
AD4GD is a consortium starting #2022/09/01 to #2025/08/31 wrt FAIR data for the Green Deal Dataspace. It's a diff consortium than the one doing the preparatory actions. I think ECMWF is a partner in both.
