Even though I am not a big fan of technology in school, I still think that technology is helpful to engage the students with activities. If the students like the topic, they have access to everything about the given topic. It helps them to improve their learning in different classes. For example, there are many math programs that allow students to learn it not only at school. At the same time, if a student is not interested in what they are learning, they would use technology for other activities, such as YouTube, online games, or social media. Thus, I agree that technology is not just capturing the interest of the student, but if it is engaging them actively in the content.
