    1. Lats and abs, every day, 50-100 reps a piece. After that pick two more that are whatever you want, 50-100 reps a piece. I liked doing these as 2 supersets.

      I went for Jim's advice and set the accessories to 25 - 50 reps in the leader cycle, and 50 - 100 in the anchor.

    2. This is also a T1 lift. BBS, or Boring But Strong, is doing the same weight as the first set of your main sets (like FSL) but for 10 sets of 5.

      This volume is way too high for me. For my own program, I went for the standard 5x5 FSL as described here

    3. T1 lift. Hit a single at +5% from your last set. This is just for fun and to feel out some heavier weight. In retrospect, these could've been heavier, and next time I would probably do +10% or +15%.

      I like the idea of having that single in there. For my next cycle, I added a single with +10% of the last 5s Pro set.

    4. For the main sets on the Leader Cycle we do 5s Pro.
