      Is this a typo? If I am reading this correctly, the statement is that it is difficult to find undermodified malt (i.e. barley which has a high carbohydrate content with a highly resistant protein/gum matrix) that requires extended protein rest during the mashing process. This sounds contradictory since the undermodified malt requires additional enzymatic breakdown according to the previous paragraph.

    1. This may sound odd, but I'm skeptical of this view. As to further the abstraction, what physical system constitutes perception? If perception is real, then are there a set of conditions governed by equations that can indicate perception in a n-dimensional space. What mathematical progress has been made towards understanding perception and dimensional relationships - for instance, time independent perception or spacial independent perception.
