Our analyses have some potential limitations. First, VTE often presents variable clinical manifestations with challenging differential diagnoses such as myocardial infarction and congestive heart failure.2 Consequently, identification of VTE in a real-world setting is likely subject to information bias, which typically drives risk estimates towards the null. The strengths and weaknesses of this study must be considered. The collection of articles from the beginning of the pandemic until 19/2/2021 provides a comprehensive view of the nature of UK media coverage regarding the relationship between vitamin D and COVID-19 throughout the course of the pandemic. Several limitations of the present study should be noted. First, antigen-specific immune responses were not detected in this retrospective work. These findings may serve as a rationale to optimize the control measures for COVID-19 pandemic.

There are several caveats related to our conclusions. The location of the OE, lining the olfactory cleft in the nose, is amenable to localized topical drug delivery, which may provide a means to avoid systemic or off-target effects of novel therapeutic agents. Further studies testing therapeutics in animal models and humans, and longer follow up with PASC olfactory dysfunction patients, will provide ongoing insights regarding the etiology and management of olfactory sensory dysfunction.

Strengths and limitations of this study: The strengths of our study include the large number of responses to the B3 survey both before and after the pandemic, the ability to compare birth experiences between two European countries with similar social structures, and the use of both quantitative and qualitative data. The main limitation of the study is the non-randomized design; however, data collection included structured forms applied for subjects enrolled in both cohort groups and at the same Hospital. Strengths and limitations: Our evaluation demonstrated noteworthy strengths of IMSS’s worker surveillance and vaccine rollout in Mexico. We followed nearly 44,000 childcare workers during 2021 which allowed us to prospectively monitor COVID-19 illness development and ascertain subsequent hospitalization and death.
