The collaborative and relational approaches that we propose in this article specifically include ‘turning to people who get it’ (Theidon, 2014: 2) and who share a lived reality, as well as fostering ‘caring communities’ (Care Collective, 2020: 45) in the forms of groups, collectives or networks.
