Pyridoxine trial introduced at 9wks, trial dose/route of 10mg/kg/d p.o., complete cessation of seizures, but experienced hypotonia/sleepiness, no apnoea or hypotension, initial maintenance daily dose=10mg/kg. Withdrew form trial at 7mo, seizures recurred after 17 days.
