A specialized nutritionist gave some tips to maintain the health of our bodies and physical fitness, the most important of which is sleeping enough for eight to nine hours a day and getting up early. The pandemic has also blurred the usual distinction between weekday and weekend consumption patterns.
I agree with her, because before the pandemic, life was completely different, as all family members, most of them in schools, work or outside the home, so people did not need to use electricity in homes except for a few hours, and their consumption of electricity increased on vacations and holidays. But after the epidemic, electricity consumption has doubled, because they stay at home all day.

This reminds me of a video that spread on social media at the beginning of the summer, when a group of young people in one of the countries in the Middle East took to the street and fried eggs on the sidewalk and actually cooked the eggs because of the high temperature.
