We have a new target for increasing the number of women in leadership positions: 16% women in leadership positions throughout the thyssenkrupp group by fiscal year 2024/2025.

With an increase from 8% in 2011 to 11.2% as of September 30, 2020, thyssenkrupp achieved a significant improvement in this area, even though the target of 15% was not achieved.

by 2030 we aim to reduce our direct emissions (scope 1) and emissions from purchased energy (scope 2) by 30% from a 2018 baseline

For the coming reporting year we are aiming for energy efficiency gains of at least 80 GWh.
