The screenshot below is a good illustration, but not accessible. What should the alt text be? Could it include a link to an actual example?

    1. Activate the H5P plugin

once H5P chapter is reviewed, add link to the (not yet existing) section "Active the H5P plugin"

    2. H5P Activities
    3. H5P's mathematics library

according to the H5P release overview, the latest version would be https://h5p.org/sites/default/files/h5p-math-display-1.0.33.h5p - should we test it before linking to it?

    4. recommended methods for rendering LaTeX expressions:

should mention that this happens in the visual editor

    5. WP QuickLaTeX would render something which looks like this:

if we want to keep the content accessible, we can't just post a screenshot, but would have to show a live version of this. this would mean either activating WP QuickLaTeX for the guide (I don't think it would interfere with MathJax as there are no MathJax examples), or actually pointing to an external link.

    6. If you do not see this option, please contact your network manager.

what "option" does this refer to? the plugins menu item? or WP QuickLaTeX in the list? or the Activate link? I would suggest removing this sentence, as it is the standard to do when something doesn't work like it should. or am I missing something?

    1. View and Restore Previous Revisions Pressbooks saves the last 10 revisions of any changes you’ve made for each of the three separate stylesheets. You can access these revisions on the Custom Styles page below the save button. To view or restore a previous version of one of your stylesheets: Click the date stamp for the revision you’d like to view to open the Compare Revisions interface for a particular stylesheet Find the revision you’d like to restore from and click the ‘Restore This Revision‘ button

This could be a separate chapter (or included in the Editor chapter)

    1. description

We should mention that the description can't serve as the accessible description for an image. That has to be linked to separately.

    1. Video: I would replace it with a video that focuses on table accessibility. The current video shows how to create a table and then add content and then shows how to designate a row as the header row; this is not sufficient for accessibility. For accessibility reasons it is also necessary to go to Table cell properties and choose Cell type: Header cell and **Scope: Column" (or row).

    2. Add or Delete Tables Using the Visual Editor

separate the two tasks. ("using the visual editor" is not necessary in the title)

structure: 1. Add a table 2. Change Table Appearance * Apply preset styles * Adjust Table Width and height * Change Border Weight * Add Table Caption 3. Make Your Table More Accessible 4. Add or remove table rows or columns 5. Delete a table 6. Create Interactive Tables with TablePress

    3. All tables default to the Standard class.

replace screenshot below with actual tables (accessibility)

    1. Media

add information on what file types? this information should be available somewhere, but maybe in the network manager guide?

    2. Edit Image.

The xyz window opens up. add screen shot of that window (without clicking any of the options first)

    3. Perform one or more of the following edit actions: Crop, Scale, Image Rotation

I am not sure how much detail we want to give here. Not sure how frequently this feature is being used. If we want to give more info, we could list the steps for each edit action. They differ a lot and have some slightly tricky steps. Especially the last step differs (sometimes it's enough to click Apply, sometimes it's necessary to click Save Edits

    4. ⚠️ Editing an image may break how the image appears where you had already inserted it before.

We are not sure in what cases already inserted images are affected.

    1. was defined for PDF exports

I don't really understand what this means and therefore why it is relevant to users.

    1. Status & Visibility

could add a link here to the section in "Create and Manage Chapters" that refers to the "Status & Visibility" panel

    2. Code

this adds code tags which could prevent content from being displayed for some Safari users (this is the case when the tags are wrapped around H5P activities)

    3. Options

      replaced screenshot

    4. options

      redid the screenshot (without text)

    5. toolbar

took out the paragraph with they keyboard shortcuts. they don't work on Mac.

    1. View, Compare, and Restore Revisions

should this be part of this chapter or rather the "Edit" part? as it's part of the Satus & Visiblity panel, maybe leave it in this chapter, but refer to it in the "Edit Content with Visual and Text Editor" chapter?

    2. changed title to distinguish better from "Edit" part and chapters

    3. Review Chapter Settings

adjusted title - anything related to using the editor should be in the chapter https://university.pressbooks.pub/guidetestedits/chapter/edit-content-with-the-visual-text-editors/ or other chapters in that part

    4. Using the Visual and Text Editors

There is an entire chapter on this: https://university.pressbooks.pub/guidetestedits/chapter/edit-content-with-the-visual-text-editors/ I would suggest removing this section.

Look up at least 5 parks for next week's assignment.
