In answer to "Please show me some examples of evergreen content", HiveDesk suggested:

Evergreen content refers to content that remains relevant and valuable to readers over a long period of time. When it comes to the Hive blockchain, evergreen content might include beginner's guides to using the platform, explanations of key concepts like decentralized finance, or tutorials on how to develop applications on the Hive network.

Some examples of evergreen content for the Hive blockchain could be: - "A Beginner's Guide to Hive: Getting Started with Decentralized Social Media and Cryptocurrency" - "Understanding Decentralized Finance (DeFi) on the Hive Blockchain" - "How to Build and Deploy DApps on the Hive Network: A Step-by-Step Tutorial"

These types of content would provide value to anyone interested in learning about or getting involved with the Hive blockchain, regardless of when they come across the information.

    1. The purpose of Shrewdies.com is to explain Shrewd Learning Services and to evolve new Shrewd Learning Subjects

In the Web3 version, only the first purpose applies to me. Because an inherent feature of Shrewdies3 is to enable anyone to create their own Web3 site. Therefore, evolving new subject sites is done by the community. Though I have yet to encourage such a community to form, But that will be an intrinsic part of the documentation for Shrewd Learning.

Currently in development, I will replace this site with the alpha testing site as soon as it correctly presents content to visitors and search engines.

    1. replying to my annotations

Since 2022, I've added notes like this to GoutPal pages. Sometimes it's just to let you know that you can customize all GoutPal pages with your own thoughts. Other times it's to provide additional information about gout terms or related information.

This note is to suggest that it might also be a way to contact me. Because I believe that I get notified by Hypothesis if anyone replies to any of my notes. But, I won't really know until someone like you tries it.

    1. BBH

Every Saturday I send tokes to people that own BBH. Here is the break down.

If you own 10 or more BBH up to 4,999 you get dripped Hive(swap.hive).

If you own 5,000 or more BBH up to 9,999 you get dripped swap.hive and Alive Tokens.

If you own 10,000 or more BBH you get dripped swap.hive, Alive and $LEO tokens.

      All just for owning BBH.

You can get BBH two ways, you can buy it of TribalDex or you can have it tipped to you.

      Here is the tipping part:

In a 24 hour period, reset at new day UTC. There are currently four levels of tipping.

Level 1 = 1000 BBH holdings = 1 tip per day you can send Level 2 = 5000 BBH holdings = 5 tip per day you can send Level 3 = 20000 BBH holdings = 20 tip per day you can send Level 4 = 50000 BBH holdings = 50 tip per day you can send

You don't have to stake, just hold. The tip does not come from your holdings but from BBH itself.

As BBH grows, so will the rewards.

    1. But many of the details change from one sufferer to the next.

Are you aware of modern gout management standards? Because rheumatologists recommend that you share responsibility and decision-making with your physician. But how can you do that if they’re not providing the recommended ancillary support? Let me provide practical templates that help you understand your gout management responsibilities. Then use your personalized templates to guide your shared-decision making.

      Please reply

    2. Because gout control has some principles that apply to everyone. But many of the details change from one sufferer to the next.

So I prepare "templates" that reflect modern best practice. As defined by rheumatologists. Then you can personalize the standard to reflect your unique medical history and personal objectives. Either by using notes like this. Or other services within GoutPal Links support.

    3. your journey

Every gout sufferer needs their own personal recovery plan. Because gout affects people in different ways. But it isn't my job to tell you how to treat your gout - that's for you to work out with your doctors. So my job is to help you find facts that are relevant to your phase of gout progression. And help you organize your personal research and notes. Then, you can work with your doctor to create your best gout recovery plan. Because the best gout management approach is a patient-physician partnership.

    1. Keith Taylor is Moving to Web3

In recent years, I've been searching for an inclusive platform on which to develop new Internet content. Because I want to form supportive, learning communities. Where I can continue to help people with problems that I've found solutions for. But in a way that encourages others to pass on what they learn.

I was inspired by giffgaff customer support. Which puts frontline support in the hands of fellow customers. Allowing giffgaff to provide cost-effective personal support. While allowing committed customers to earn some spare cash. Ingeniously, giffgaff pays that cash twice a year. Meaning that customers can easily receive £200 in November and in May - nicely timed for winter and summer holiday seasons. Importantly, that £200 is easily achieved in a few enjoyable minutes most days. But it's also easy to put more effort in and earn significantly more.

So for years, I tried to find or create a platform that I could use in similar ways. To provide helpful, inclusive customer support for my websites. That together, we could expand to replace first line support in most industries. Luckily, I found it.

Unfortunately, Web3 is quite new. And its decentralized nature means that current participants are pioneers. So if you are the type of person who needs "the answer" from "the owners", you need to wait a year or three. But do you like to be at the cutting edge, making your own choices, and enjoy the benefits of early adoption? If yes, please accept my invitation to join Keith Taylor Web3.

In future, I'll bring you step-by-step details. With onboarding and ongoing Web3 support.

    1. TAYLOR Keith C

This is me! But it's actually the month that my birth was registered. As my birth date is 28th February. At 9:35 in a snow-covered Baildon, according to Mum.

I have a memory of searching for this several years ago. When I found a scan of the original page 790 from the Wharefdale births register. But I can't find it now.

Coincidentally, Baildon births from this time are considered to be part of Leeds. Which gives context to the campaign to breakaway from Bradford MDC.

Interestingly, the top guy - Leslie M Cookson became my brother-in-law in my 40s.

For my life since 1958, start at Web2 Keith Taylor or Web3 Keith Taylor.

    1. Shipley East[1]

The reference can be improved. "District results: Bradford". The Yorkshire Post. 2 May 1980. is only a link to a provincial newspaper. So I believe it's better to look at City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Election Results 1973-2012 from The Elections Centre.

Note that 'K. Taylor' is a fairly common name. Both in general, and within election results. However, this is the only time that this particular K. Taylor has stood in any government election.

For my life since 1980, start at Web2 Keith Taylor or Web3 Keith Taylor.

    1. keep your gout causes notes

      GoutPal Links Tip:

Annotations like this are an ideal way to start a personal gout causes project. Because you can add a question or a personal fact on any page. And use a causes tag to quickly find every note you ever made about your gout causes. Then with one click on your causes tag, you instantly link to your own Personal Gout Causes Research Project.

You can add more than one tag. For example, you might identify one of the 5 types of gout causes. Or just differentiate between avoidable and unavoidable causes. But remember that for practical purposes, you need to be able to avoid a cause immediately. For example, consider if obesity is causing your gout. Permanent weight loss takes time. So you must discuss with your doctor the risks of delaying uric acid treatment. Balancing those risks with the benefits of getting uric acid safe immediately, and then reducing gout treatment to zero as you lose weight.

      GoutPal Links Tip:

You might record your gout symptoms in a spreadsheet. But sometimes you want to make a quick note. Then log the details later. In which case, annotations like this are ideal. Because you can add a question or a personal fact on any page. And use a symptoms tag to quickly find every note you ever made about your gout symptoms.

Or forget the spreadsheet, and just use these notes. Then with one click on your symptoms tag, you instantly get your own Gout Symptoms Journal.

There is no official definition of low purine. But I choose to split the ranges into: 1. Very Low Purine Foods (below 50 mg per 100 g) 2. Low Purine Foods (50 to 100 mg per 100 g)

As described in the accompanying Purine Ranges Page Note. However, for these studies, I have shown values of mg per kg. Therefore, range values should be adjusted accordingly.

    1. concerns about gout and itching

For example, does acupuncture help with itchy gout?

During the discussion that prompted this page, we mentioned acupuncture. Specifically, an acupuncture practitioner noted that acupuncture relieves gout itching. So this is a potential research area. But as I have no acupuncture experience, I need questions, experiences, and opinions from you about acupuncture and gout itch.

Also, there is one reference to a study in the Progress Notes if anyone cares to join me on a research project. 1. Dairy

      Dairy Foods Group Nutrition

The third guideline, with respect to dairy foods group, is: <q>Focus on meeting food group needs with nutrient-dense foods and beverages, and stay within calorie limits. […] The core elements that make up a healthy dietary pattern include: […] Dairy, including fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese, and/or lactose-free versions and fortified soy beverages and yogurt as alternatives.</q>

      Dairy Foods

The DGA defines dairy foods as: <q>All fluid, dry, or evaporated milk, including lactose-free and lactose-reduced products and fortified soy beverages (soy milk), buttermilk, yogurt, kefir, frozen yogurt, dairy desserts, and cheeses (e.g., brie, camembert, cheddar, cottage cheese, colby, edam, feta, fontina, goat, gouda, gruyere, limburger, Mexican cheeses [queso anejo, queso asadero, queso chihuahua], monterey, mozzarella, muenster, parmesan, provolone, ricotta, and Swiss). Most choices should be fat-free or low-fat. Cream, sour cream, and cream cheese are not included due to their low calcium content.</q> So the foods included in the dairy group are not straightforward. Because they do not exactly match traditional views of dairy produce. Or food and drink we might expect to see in the supermarket dairy aisles. But this should be made clearer as you read my detailed nutrition pages for individual dairy foods.

    1. Related Topics

Uric Acid Arthritis Leading gout rheumatologists are starting to understand how changing the name of gout might promote better understanding and treatment. So some are suggesting a name change from gout to urate crystal arthritis.

Personally, I prefer uric acid arthritis. Which I'm currently rewriting to reflect the latest research.

    1. Swimming cures gout

My most immediate problem is that this page is so badly formatted that search engines don't recognize the dateModified. However, the topic remains valid despite the fairly low interest in swimming and gout. Because: a) It raises several interesting questions about the mechanisms for this "cure". b) There is new uric acid research relating to swimming. Also the wider subject of gout and exercise.

So my plan is: 1. <s>Quick fix to this page. Hopefully, time will allow me to correct usernames by referencing the archive</s> 2. Highlight the concerns here as notes. 3. Publish a gout and swimming research review. 4. Investigate and review exercise 5. Create a new hub page for exercise 6. Add a page or section for is swimming good for gout 7. Delete and redirect this page

    1. how you will know if your plan is failing

A common failure point for uric acid plans is intolerable adverse events. Which are side effects that prevent you from continuing with your choice of uric acid medication. In which case, you have to choose a different uric acid medicine. Or you might have to pick a different approach. Such as Dietary Patterns or Complementary and Integrative Gout Therapies.

In all cases, you can minimize adverse events with good planning. So now is the time for preparing for measuring side effects. Starting with baseline kidney function and liver function tests. Also, be sure that your gout pain control plan is C.L.E.A.R.

I'll consider other aspects of side effects in specific plans for each uric acid treatment.

    1. Start with the 2020 ACR probenecid guidelines.

Then, after learning how those guidelines apply to you, consider: * Research after 2020 * Specialized probenecid topics. Such as probenecid side effects. Or probenecid in gout with comorbidities.

So my next probenecid research page combines those 2 considerations. Because almost all current probenecid research is about diseases other than gout. Therefore, it is most applicable to gout sufferers with comorbidities.
