      I am still worried that this sentence comes across as unintentionally accusatory. What I hear when I read this, is that you didn't see the FOR being used. However, Pamela, that doesn't mean that they weren't being used. Perhaps the therapist weren't explicit about it, but I am pretty confident they knew what they were doing--and had a goal in mind. Remember, the Biomechanical FoR seeks improvements in physical functions (ROM, strength, etc.) and the Rehabilitative FoR seeks improvements in ability to engage in occupations. I have no doubt that the therapists were working towards those ends. There must be a better way you can phrase this. I made a suggestion previously.
