Some users may use their callsign as their username or as flair. Even though most user callsign information is public record, we request that you respect their privacy and avoid posting their personal information.
This is goofy. If a person doesn't want their personal information associated with their call sign, they should get a PO Box or something - not leave it to the self-appointed subreddit police. 🤦♂️

For the record, far as most people have been able to determine, most of what happened to me long ago was triggered by a blog comment I made that said “I’m not moderating my blog comments, but I support those who do and here’s why.” That’s right, Blog. Comment. Moderation. Just a tiny hop, really, from that to full-blown DMCA takedowns. Easy mistake.
